Classes / Timetables

We are pleased to announce that our introductory class timetable will begin on Monday 21st September 2020! 💪

To help with social distancing in the gym, we will be holding all classes in the fourth floor suites in Chadwick House. Please take care as a one way system is in place – you will also need to bring with you, water and your own mat where needed.

Please book your space via the Fit Sense app.

Studio Classes must be pre-booked via the Fit Sense app, or by email to info@alive-well.co.uk.

If you are unable to attend a booked class we ask that you phone us to cancel at least 2 hours in advance.
