Our Fully Air Conditioned, Aerobics Studio provides a full range of classes, whether you require a high-intesity aerobic workout or a relaxing yoga or pilates session.
Abs – Chisel the middle and work that tum
Alive Pump – The ultimate body conditioning class. Suitable for both males and females, it burns fat whilst toning those muscles – a ‘must’ class for everyone!
Bootcamp – Put your body through its paces whilst having fun. This full body workout is great for any level of fitness.
Boxing – An intense training session combining many classis boxing exercises to build stamina and muscle tone
Clubbersize – Simple, fun dance fitness using glow sticks to club anthems. Both high and low impact, this class is great for everyone.
Insanity – Combinations of push-ups, sprints, jumps, burpees, squats, the whole nine yards in an intense session that burns up to 1,00 calories
Kettlebells – This class will give fast results for strength, endurance and muscle toning using dynamic, total body movements.
Legs Bums and Tums – The clue is in the name, a 30 minute ladies only masterclass which focusses on problem areas, such as legs, bums and tums.
P90X – A full body workout with sections for cardio, lower and upper body focus and core work. You will be using a variety of weights in a variety of formats.
P90X Weights – Similar to P90X but in a shortened format, focussing on strengthening the lower and upper body.
Pilates – A mat based workout aiming to build strength.
PiYo – Speeds everything up—including your results—by introducing you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility.
Raise the Bar – High -intensity full body workout.
Spin – A 30 minute cycle workout in the gym. Get ready for the ride of your life.
Tabata – A fast paced, fun, fat burning class. 30 minutes of interval workouts made up of 20 second rounds at maximum intensity followed by 10 seconds rest.
Yoga – (must be booked online ) A wonderful workout for the mind and body.
Zumba – Super effective and super fun, this interval style, calorie burning dance fitness class is great fun. Let the Latin and World rhythms take over, sweat it out and boost your mood!
