At Alive and Well, we recognise that members may not wish to commit to a 12 month
contract.
This is why we are pleased to offer our new pay as you train scheme that not
only enables people to pay a fixed fee of £7.00 per visit for full use of the
gym, but also enables them to benefit from our induction which includes fitness
test, Inbody scan and a personalised training programme.
Pay as you train has been designed to provide people with access to the gym
and it's facilities, in our less busy times, without the need for a full 12 month
membership contract.
Pay as you train is available from 9.30am to 11.30am and 1.30pm to 4.30pm from Monday to
Friday, and all day at weekends.
