Enjoy working out with a choice of over 30 classes to choose from Monday to Friday . Get fit, have fun, be strong!

Studio Classes must be pre-booked by phoning 01925 824455 , if you are unable to attend a booked class we ask that you phone us to cancel at least 2 hours in advance .
