Our Fully Air
Conditioned, Aerobics Studio provides a full range of classes, whether you require a high-intesity aerobic
workout or a relaxing yoga or pilates session. We also provide the
Les Mills
Body Training Systems, emcorporating BodyPump and BodyCombat.
Bodypump The ultimate body conditioning class. Suitable for both males and females. Burn fat whilst toning those muscles - a 'must' class for everyone!
Bodycombat An adrenaline pumping, non contact class. Taking the best of boxing, kickboxing, tai chi and karate. A fun class for all levels.
Spin A 30 minute cycle workout in the gym. Get ready for the ride of your life!
Hi/Lo A dynamic, motivating aerobics class for any fitness level. You can work high impact or low impact to suit you.
Ab Attack A 30 minute class totally dedicated to firming up those abdominals.
Yoga Improve your posture and flexibility with this popular form of exercise. Also you will gain balance and release your energies.
Aero Sculpt Get an excellent cardiovascular workout while using all muscle groups to tone upper / lower body.
Crazy Cardio A Fun packed hour of cardio vascular exercises. If you want to get fit and stay fit this is the class for you, watch out for the weekly changes.
Step & Tone Get an excellent cardiovascular workout using dynamic moves on the step. Finish off with toning exercises for those important areas!
Pilates Mat based workout aiming to build strength, particularly around the core area, as well as flexibility. A great mind and body workout.
BLT A great toning class to target those legs, bums and tums. Using a variety of equipment (light weights, resistance bands).
Stability Ball Tone and strengthen the core muscles using the fitballs. These are fun and interesting to use with a variety of exercises to do.
Circuit The classic circuit class! Challenge your body by training at various stations, using both cardiovascular and toning exercises.
Tai Chi Explore the ancient Chinese skill of non combat martial art. Harmonises mind and body.

Running Club
One of the secrets to getting into the best shape of your entire life is running. It is one of the fastest
and most effective ways to lose weight, achieve good muscle tone and improve your fitness. Studies have shown
that running strengthens your heart and cardiovascular system and is highly effective at burning calories, thus
reducing levels of body fat (including stubborn cellulite) and improving your body shape.
This means that as a regular runner, you'll feel lighter, have much more energy throughout the day, and your
self-confidence will
soar to new heights as you lose weight and achieve the lean, toned physique you've always wanted.
Whether you're training for a marathon or simply trying to get fitter and slimmer, everyone has to start
