We're under NEW ownership!
We are delighted to announce that Alive & Well is now owned and managed by MEPC Birchwood Park. This marks an exciting new chapter at Alive & Well and we're certain that the changes and improvements we're planning over the next few months will make the facilities and services here better for all our members.
Our planned improvements include:
- Purchasing new Spin bikes - ARRIVED!
- A comprehensive overhaul of all the gym equipment
- Refurbishment of the mens showers and enhancements to the ladies showers
- General enhancements to all areas of the gym
- Installing a vending machine in reception - ARRIVED!
As a result of your feedback we will be keeping the spa/steam room/sauna open.
Pay As You Train
Alive & Well are now running a new Pay As You Train scheme. We are pleased to offer a new scheme that not only enables people to pay a fixed fee of £5.00 per visit for full use of the gym.
Anyone using Pay As You Train must be a gym user or visit with someone who is.
